Making a credit card purchase online is just as safe as making a credit card purchase over the telephone. We do our best to ensure the privacy and security of your transaction with us. Your credit card information and any other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security features, and confidentiality. You should see an unbroken key or a closed lock at the bottom of the page when you enter our "check-out" pages. This means that your browser has opened a secure connection with our site! You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

3. FIT/SIZING GUIDE FOR CHOKERS, BRACELETS OR ANKLETS
To get accurate measurements, use a cloth tape measure. If you do not have a cloth tape measure, you can use a string to measure distance around your neck, wrist or ankle, then use a ruler or tape measure to measure string length to determine correct size.
Measure the distance around your neck, wrist or ankle at the point where you feel choker, anklet or bracelet would be most comfortable or stay most naturally. Keep the cloth tape measure or string taut, but with enough room to comfortably slide your pinky finger between tape measure and your skin. Please note measurement and select appropriate size option when ordering.
We specialize in custom sizing for a fantastic fit. Accordingly, we offer a wide variety of sizes to provide a comfortable fit for all body types.
Most common Anklet or Bracelet sizes as follows: 6-8"; 8-10"; 10-12"
Most common Choker sizes as follows: 12-14"; 14-16"; 16-18"; 18-20"; 20-22"
For Choker lengths exceeding 22", please contact us via email for special ordering and price information.
4. LOBSTER CLAW or VELCRO® FASTENER
We also provide fastener options to accommodate our customer's needs. The Lobster Claw Clasp with chain is ideal to maximize length adjustability and provides the most secure closure. We also offer a Velcro® Closure option to accommodate customers with special mobility requirements. The Velcro® closure option allows for the product to be more easily put on, and taken off, and is particularly helpful for customers who may experience discomfort with clasp type fasteners.

5. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We realize that some shoppers may not feel comfortable having their credit card transactions processed online. As an alternative, we offer you the option of mailing your order via US post. Place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag. Once you proceed to checkout, your order form will appear. Print the order form, which will already includes your order information. All you need to do is mail order form along with Payment. Unfortunately due to the high cost to both you and us in the event of a returned check, we can only except Bank or Post Office Money Orders made payable to Fantastic Fashions. WE'RE SORRY BUT PERSONAL CHECKS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to sender. Make money orders payable to the order of Fantastic Fashions.

6. ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed without delay and all available merchandise should arrive in approximately 10 to 14 business days. Generally, we will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours of your order to tell you the approximate date on which your purchase will be shipped. Currently, we are unable to provide instantaneous verification of product availability. If an item is out of stock, or sold out, we will notify you asap. We generally do not place items on back order but, if possible, will notify you as to when we expect item may become available. Typographical or application errors are subject to correction at the time of order processing. You will be notified prior to order completion or credit card billing if an error has occurred, and will be given the opportunity to cancel or modify your order. In the event of merchandise unavailability, once an order has been placed, you will be notified by e-mail. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment. Therefore, if an item is unavailable, naturally your credit card will not be charged.
We regret that we can only accept orders with CONTINENTAL U.S., Alaska or Hawaii billing and shipping addresses. Prices and payments are in US dollars. Back to top
7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING
A signature will be required for delivery. Do not accept packages that appear to be damaged. Should this occur, please notify us via email. You will be charged a fixed rate of $3.95 per order shipped within the CONTINENTAL U.S. via USPS First Class Mail. Note that we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $50 shipped within the Continental U.S. We're sorry but this does not apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii you will be charged a flat rate of $6.95 per package. We regret that international, overseas or Canada delivery is not possible at this time.
We're sorry but Priority Shipping is not available at this time as all items are custom made to order.

8. SALES TAX
Purchase price includes any applicable Sales taxes.
9. RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We try to be flexible with our Return Policy but please understand that many of the items we ship are custom sized to your specifications at the time of your order. However, should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defect or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, again except in the case of manufacturer’s defects.
To return merchandise, please use the following instructions:
The returned merchandise should be undamaged. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the merchandise. If the merchandise was damaged by the purchaser, we will not be able to grant a refund for the damaged merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the shipping date.
Please use the invoice form contained in your order. On the form, indicate which item(s) you are returning and the reason for return of the item(s).
Pack the merchandise with the original packing material and include the a copy of the invoice form in the box. Address the package using the company address listed on your invoice.
The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the customer. We will only accept packages with shipping charges prepaid. Also, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss by insuring the returned merchandise for its full value with the shipping company. You must be able to to provide shipping/delivery confirmation upon request.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification of compliance with the above stated terms and conditions, a full refund of the purchase price,excluding shipping and handling charges, will be credited to the credit card account used to place the order, or a money order issued if the purchase was made by money order. Please allow two to three weeks for processing the refund.
